The best store for stationary, bath goods, makeup, you name it, is at The LOFT. The LOFT is a huge 2-3 storey department store depending on which city you’re in. The one in IKEBUKURO, again, is by far the best one.

You can find a HUGE selection of makeup here as well. Makeup made by Japanese manufacturers is by far the best you can get! One item I never leave home without is mascara called FIBERWIG, Japanese woman are literally obsessed with mascara and makeup.
Who takes showers when you can take an OFURO おふろ(bath)? Expect to find TONS of toiletries here. You can find everything to stock up your bathroom! ONSEN NO MOTO 温泉の元( Japanese bath salts) is so popular you can find all sorts of different flavors. There’s absolutely nothing else like a hot bath with this stuff!
They also have a small furniture section here. The selection is not so great but you can often find good deals on little sofas and lamps here but most of the time I just like to look!
I love Loft, it’s one place i go to everytime i visit japan.
