Enoshima is famous for shirasu which can be eaten raw or cooked. Today, during a short getaway to Shonan Beach, we had cooked shirasu served 'don-buri' style (in a large bowl on top of rice), with negitoro, tororo, egg and nori.
It was pretty warm today considering it's already October. I'm a little sunburned - it feels great to get some color right before winter.

Is that a cooked or raw egg in the top? Looks yummmmy!
The yolk was kind of cooked a bit so it was thick. It was pretty good but I've had better.
