Alpine Slalom Skiing – Olympics 2010

Thanks to Mr. Akira Sasaki of the Japanese Olympic team… my wife and I now have access to Whistler mountain and will be attending the 2010 Winter Olympic Alpine Slalom Skiing event on February 27th.

The “Sea to Sky” pass is to access the mountain by car. Without this pass there is no entry. There’s no seating so we’ll be standing in a group cheering on my man! Good luck Akira!!! Bring home the GOLD.

Olympic Skier: Akira Sasaki

Akira Sasaki, born 26.09.1981, is an Alpine Skier for the Japanese Olympic team. He represented Japan in the 2002 & 2006 Winter Olympics and he’s participating in the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver as well. Sasaki satisfied the SAJ’s qualification benchmark of a top-15 finish on the World Cup tour this season by coming 15th in Zagreb in early January.
